            [targetgroupDescription] => The course is aimed at specialists and managers as well as anyone interested in learning about and utilising the diverse automation potential of AI in their day-to-day work.
            [goalsDescription] => The practice-oriented live online training course ‘AI Agents and AI-Powered Process Optimisation in Corporate Practice’ shows, in three compact units, how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used effectively to optimise business processes.
The course is aimed at specialists and managers as well as anyone interested in learning about and utilising the diverse automation potential of AI in their day-to-day work.
First, the basics of AI and process management are taught in order to create a common understanding of the opportunities and limitations of this technology.
The second part focuses on the practical application of various AI models and automation tools – with live demos, step-by-step instructions and concrete examples from everyday business life.
Finally, the focus will be on advanced deployment scenarios, in particular the use of AI agents. This will give participants an outlook on the next steps towards ‘hyperautomation’.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to identify potential in their companies with regard to the use of AI/automation.
